My New Toy...

I have a new toy. It's doll-like. It's a girl baby doll. The current owner calls her Nadeera Putri Rasheeda. I call her eeeeeee-cute-nyerrrrr-macam-nak-makan-pipi-nyer-yang-lendut-tuuuu!! She is as cute as a bug's ear. Even her ears are cute. Trust me, I've tweaked them. They're like those little rim-colored rice keropoks that make those really loud crunching sounds when you sink your teeth into them.

She is only four months old but I think she's pretty much on her way to breaking many hearts. She broke mine already. Even Uncle Faris whom despite not knowing how to carry her, was enamored. Actually, it was the other way around. She was enamored to him. His big index finger, more specifically. Uncle Pi is of course an expert baby doll handler. Sadly, he looked slightly out of sorts in some of the pictures he took with Baby Nadeera.

So I had to distort him a little. Sorry!!

Like every little cherub, this one needed to be burped. But Mommy didn't burp her. So Baby Deera burped on the sleeve of my pink shirt. Not that I minded, though. I mean come on, it's just baby puke that can be wiped off with a nice-smelling wet tissue. It can't kill you.

So after regurgitating the contents of her tummy onto my shirt, of course Baby Deera was already well on her way to Babyland where all tiny tots like her congregated as one to plan how to take over the world. She slept on my shoulder which is considered a Dunlopillo in baby terms because it was what it was.

All that attention from the uncles and aunties must have been the highlight of her baby days.

Laterz...
