Whoa...this week has been just that. Whoa. Initially I thought it was gonna be hell week for me but well, sometimes things don't go as we thought they did. Instead, I had a really wonderful week of school & it's all due to my friends The Chill Club. First, our 'Xmas outing on Wednesday although started out a little rocky, it smoothed out neatly after we finished our 'Xmas shopping for each other. We had gone out in pairs for our shopping except for Jan who said she worked well going shopping alone. So I went with Michelle, Mada with Halif, Van with Such & Kit Fan with Art. We drew lots of who was going to buy for whom & this was the result: -

We promised to meet back at the KFC in Far East after 2hrs of shopping & so off me & Michelle went in search of our prezzies. Scouting prezzies for Mada for an easy-peasy job; he liked anything & everything. But to search for a bloody prezzie for Art!! The guy already had everything he'd ever wanted, including an iPod!! I really didn't know what to get the bugger. Usually, I don't have any problems buying prezzies for people because I kinda know how their tastes run & according to most people, my prezzies are 'unique' in a sense that nobody ever thinks about giving it & it's either you can't find 2 of the same thing anywhere or it's difficult to find it.

Anywayz, when we met back, all of us were starving, especially Halif & we left KFC in search of food. The place was virtually packed with people, heck, it was packed everywhere!! In the end we settled for the food centre on the top level of Far East, a Muslim restaurant & started ordering. While waiting for our food to arrive, we began with Mada to start giving out the presents. And this was the order of it: -

2. Michelle to Mada - A monkey-faced Hp holder that can hold 2 pics & a Santa's hat
3. Lenny to Art - A Magoo Soccer Stress Ball, a Reindeer's Antlers headband & Mini M&Ms 'Xmas Figurine
4. Such to Lenny - A Mini mug with Aphrodisiacs (Chocs), a 'Follow Your Dreams' Magnet, a 'Bitch' Badge & a card
5. Art to Michelle - A sex kit wrapped in a long sock: Lollipop Condom, Lite Sticks, mini Jim Beam & Blinking Mr. Frosty
6. Halif to Van - A Tiger Keychain
7. Van to Kitty - Aphrodisiacs (Chocs)
8. Jan to Such - A Boobilicious Figurine Mug
9. Kitty to Jan - Another sex kit wrapped in a long sock: Emergency Condom, Lite Sticks, mini Vodka, a Naked Woman Back-Scratcher & Blinking Mr. Frosty

We had such a blast finding out what our prezzies were that by the time we finished, our food was semi-cold. And added to that, my YEP friends had called & insisted on seeing me; they'd tracked me down all through Orchard Road just to see me & when they finally did, oh my gosh, what a commotion!! Although it was only 5 of them -Benson, Hudha, Rachael Chen, Kai Li & OLC- it was enough to cause a racket. I missed them!! And I was soooooo excited to get to finally see them after the goodbye at the airport last week.

So, by the time I went back to eat, my appetite had disappeared & my food was well, yucky. In the end, I only ate the chicken & speared a little of the wantan noodles into my mouth. After dinner, we headed down to meet Halif & Mada who were busy smoking their lungs out & started taking pics of ourselves. I tell ya, it was the best highlight of the day. We all took turns wearing the Santa hat & Reindeer antlers while Such took pics o us jumping in the air. Even though in all of the pics there wasn't one of me & Jan jumping, it was still goddamn fun. It was also the day we gave Kitty his birthday gifts which included a bag, a shirt & a keychain, all of which he wore the next day. We agreed to meet on Friday at 1pm to take pics of us wearing Santa hats since we finished early but we got sidetracked & ended up doing different things altogether. At first, a few were pissed because we weren't doing anything & stupid Mada was giving attitude the moment he came into the SIT Clubroom. We ignored him for awhile while we enjoyed eating all the candy there was; Jan & Such brought some & so did Art.

Then, we played Twister. Not the ideal 'Xmas game but who the heck cares?? We were having loads of fun!! So much fun that in the end Mada came & joined in, too. Stupid emo guy. Then the guys played solitary football, as in a one-man team with Kitty as the goalie. Halif was Ronaldo the Tub of Lard from Real Madrid, Kitty was Iker Casillas the confused & scared-looking Goalie, Art was Robert Pires of Arsenal & Mada was the druggie-looking Inzaghi from AC Milan.

The rest of us girls were 'benched' as subs but me & Jan declared ourselves the Commentators. The game consisted of yellow cards, red cards, injuries, samba moves & everything in between. The end score?? Real Madrid 2, Arsenal 1, AC Milan zilch. Ahahahahakz...what a blast we had!! We agreed to do it again next Friday on New Year's Eve before spending the evening chilling at Esplanade. For both Jan & Michelle, they vowed to bring shorts the next time. On Wednesday, The Chill Club would be going off to watch Meet the Fockers & just hang out to have dinner or something. Man, I love these guys. Finally, I've found my clique; the ones whom I can hang out with & not feel so out of place. I FIT IN!! And I've been lucky as to not have found one group but two!! My YEP friends, I have not forgotten you!! And the old gang!! I just hope that our friendship lasts long, hopefully until we grow old & all that stuff.
