Old Pseudonym No More!!

I figured everyone goes through a certain phase in life which sooner or later they'd have to move on from. I can't begin to count how many phases I had throughout my lifetime, my latest being my utmost fascination with footballer Xabi Alonso. Before that, it was Ruud van Nistelrooy.

But the one true phase that stuck to me since the benches of secondary school was my puppy-devotion to that boyband *NSYNC -which seems more gone than before- especially towards one of their lead singers, JC Chasez & cared naught for those who favored the Backstreet Boys more. Hence, the pseudonym for my blog -and almost everything else-, Lenny JC.

I've decided it's high time that I move from that pseudonym to something else. I mean, just how long more can I be called Lenny JC, right?? That phase of my life is over, I'm not in secondary school anymore; starry-eyed & believing in fairytales.

Okaylahh, the fairytales part still somewhat stands.

So, I've decided that for the next phase of my wonderful life, Lenny JC is no more. Instead comes the reincarnation which comes in the form of...Lenny GodGilla Xabs!!

Ain't that the coolest thang?? *claps for self*

Hey, Bunny calls me Xabs, okay!! And I'm still known as GodGilla in the GB Family. And of course, my first name HAS to stick. Because it's not only unique -like, seriously, how many girls are called Lenny??- but also because my Mommy has searched high & low for a perfect name for her firstborn daughter so I might as well appreciate it.

But not to worry, the name Lenny JC will always remain tainted in my memory because it served as a sort of 'identity' for me when I was growing up & disliking my name. Hey, 'Lenny JC' was notoriously well-known back then, okay. Everywhere I went, the name stuck out like a sore thumb. Heck, I even opted to be called 'JC' when I played a reporter in East Springs Official Opening Ceremony musical production.

Heh. Heh. Heh.

I guess that'll be all for this session of pseudo-therapy. Maaaan, I sure do need a shrink. Like, I've got SOOOO much to say that it clogs up my brain. And here my Dad wonders why I would so much want to be a journalist. Like, duhhhh.

So, this is the last time I'm going to sign off as per norm.
