A Cinderella Story

Yeah, you heard it right, folks. I became Cinderella the majority of yesterday. I can't believe that I actually did HOUSEHOLD CHORES. Although I don't fancy myself much as a Cinderella. That status is reserved for Such, actually. CinderSutra.

Anywayz, I polished my 6 dining chairs till they shone like a freakin' mirror & when you sit down on them, you can almost slide down from the moment you plant your butt in it.

Well, I polished them thrice. Per chair. So you can imagine them now. Gleaming with the liquid shine.

Since I was in a polishing spree, I did the same to my piano & its chair. And also to the windows outside my house that face the corridor. As well as my Mom's glass display cabinet which she kept her exclusive Bohemian crystal vases & ornaments, pluz other odds & ends that of course, needed to exude the shine it once gave out.

Ehh, back pain, okay. And I had to stand on my tiptoes to polish those high glass shelves only to belatedly find out that there was a short stool in my sisters' room that I had neglected to use. Bleahz...

Talked to Bunny all night long yesterday. Thank God I was able to wake up for my weekly religious class. But, not Bunny's fault. I enjoyed every second of her company. Although I think I said some things which I'm now beginning to regret because she might use them against me. *fake glare to Bunny*

No lahh, I know Bunny won't break my trust. Heck, she's my confidant. Just like Jan & Such. And Nini. The people whom I trust my life with.

Went to Tampines Mall to get my third sister, Adlyn, her birthday gift. As of today, she's a decade of age. Of course, she loved my present for her. It was one of the things right up there on her wishlist. Fatin & my cousing Farah shared a present for her & in the spur of the moment, I bought little trinkets for the two younger ones as well. Just in case they felt left out. Like hello?? I even asked for THEIR gifts to be wrapped up.

Which they, too, loved.

Ohh yeah, a coupla badges for the lovely Bunny & I. And Fatin, 'cuz they were sold at buy-five-get-one-free. Mine & Bunny's are the first alphabets of our first name & the first alphabets of our nicknames that we use to call each other. Muy cool, innit??

And I bought a load of Old Chang Kee treats for the family as part of breaking our fast. Heh. I couldn't resist. Squids for everyone!! *burrrrrrp*

By the way, mine & Bunny's blog has been updated, though it's just articles that I found. But if you're interested, go on & click it.
