Kinda been a longish time since I updated my blog. Nahh, it isn't as if I'm lazy, but there were just some freakin' problems with my Internet Explorer that sometimes makes me wonder at the bane existence of computers. Anywayz, my life so far has been quite fruitful, if you only count the days in which I have fun, my refusal to think about school, taking pictures & indulge in things unrelated to school. These days, I find myself having a really low tolerance level for school. Sure, I love going to school, but I dislike having to attend classes. Though I haven't been skipping much, I haven't been paying attention much, either. Which is pretty much as bad as skipping.

Lots of things have happened in the span of which I hadn't updated. The Chill Club have now changed it's locally reknowned name to GB11...I'm not supposed to give away the acronyms for security purposes, yeah. I didn't put in that GB11 had spent Valentine's Day together, bearing gifts eventhough all of it were from Such & Jan. The 2 Princesses, Anand & Kit Fan a.k.a Princess Porn & Princess Meow gave us a treat by purchasing for us stalks of roses for me, Jan & Such: each bundle had 2 stalks, a red & a white rose. For that, thanks, guys for your kind thoughts on this 'special' day.

Here's some pics!!

Just last week on Wednesday, the whole gang went on an outing to Sentosa after months & months of not wanting to go. As usual the guys were reluctant to go, being the Princesses that they were. But then suddenly when everything was done last minute, it seemed that everyone wanted to go!! And it turned out great because all of us were there; with the exception of PK who had a paper that evening. Jan & Van went first, picking out a nice spot at Siloso Beach while I went with the later group that included Art, Kit Fan, Mich, Such, Mada & Mazlan. Chippy came the last.

At first the guys were busy playing soccer with a neighboring Ah Beng group until the time us girls actually initiated going inside the water. Man, the water was great. Especially for me since I was the first one to turn red & look like a baked apple. Soon we were all in the water & going for a round of Oh-Ah-Peyy-Arh-Som to determine our teams for H2O Captain's Ball. I did the counting & we ended up with me, Mada, Chippy, Mazlan & Jan in one team & Such, Mich, Kitty, Van & Art in another.

I played upfront as the lone striker with Mada & Chippy at the flanks & Jan in midfield. Naturally we scored the first goal but the other team managed to equalize since our defence wasn't as good as midfield & attack. Mazlan had trouble being goalie what with Art blocking him everytime since he held the advantage of being the tall defender. At one point, Mazlan even raked his long nails across Art's back, leaving two very distinct marks & a howl from Art. Sheesh, talk about playing like a girl.

We subbed goalies since it became clear Mada wasn't very good at defending. But it was about the same time that we also discovered Mada was as bad at defending as he was at swimming!! Go figure. We had a goalie who didn't know how to swim to save his own freakin' life. And the worst thing was that we didn't know if he was pretending or not. He kept begging Art to reel him in whenever he strayed & kept asking me to play goalie. In the end, of course we won!! How could we not, with 2 giant whale-like defenders on the one side, trying their hardest to bully innocent girls, a great midfielder who got violated, a lone striker who screamed at virtualy everybody & puts herself on the line for her team & their trusty, cunning goalie who just knew how to outmanouvre the defender.

Eventually we were all very tired & just lazed around for a while. Van & I decided to swim to the island across while the others buried Mada in the sand. Michelle joined us a little later & on the island, we sand-engraved out club name as large & as visible as we could & headed back to our spot once we were done. Frankly the water sucked that day & the sand was so gross we were to disgusted to even tread on it. God knows what kind of muck was down there.

We had a little water fun, splashing at each other, having a competition on who could hold their breath the longest & just had fun. I particularly picked on Art as we tussled in the water; he got a bruise on his fourth finger while I suffered a few blue-blacks myself. We did a 'makeover' with his hair but when I tried to make him look like Catherine-Zeta Jones with seawater, he took offence. And then came the battles; the bugger actually lifted me up & flipped my facedown into the water, tried to drown me by holding my head in a tad too long, grabbed my legs & basically tried to drown me in every way he could. The funny thing was that both Mazlan & Chippy were trying to help by splashing water at me. Like, hello!!?? I freakin' knew how to swim, okay!! I'm certified!! You can't drown me no matter how hard you try.

I think they thought that by keeping up on the splashing, I'd wail like a baby, splash around like a panicked nutcase & quit my kacau-ing?? Not a chance in hell. And I wasn't the only who suffered the same thing. On the other side, Jan was also mauled by Chippy & Kaypoh Kit Fan who just butted in even though he wasn't involved in the first place. Cheh!! Party-pooper.

Anywayz, we played frisbee after our fingers got crinkly & we all got too cold; Mada took a coupla vids during frisbee & we took a few shots of a group pic by using self-timer. And then we hit the showers. What a change from the salty seawater we were saturated in for the past few hours. As usual, the guys were ravenous when we emerged from the toilets. But the poor buggers didn't get to eat real food since A CERTAIN PARTY-POOPER wanted to go home. In a way, he was right since it was already 9pm when we reached HarborFront. Geez, time does passes fast when you're having fun. Especially wen your friends are this group of amazingly psychotic mentally unsound people whom get away with just being themselves. Which is, plain crazy. Even the bus driver whom looked as though he was gonna kick us out of his bus any minute didn't say anything. He couldn't. We were guests of the island. Ahahahakz!!!

Well, here's a coupla pics taken from the fun-filled day!!

Laterz...
