Phat Nite is over!!! And here we did the planning for God-knows-how-many months & now it's over!! Imagine those few hours of dance & party were the effort of endless planning & organizing.

To sum it all up, Phat Nite was well, phat! Everything went as planned; nothing was amiss. Senior Aliff was so proud of us & so overwhelmed by the fact that he actually broke down & cried!!

Awwwwww.

Emotional is our dear Senior Aliff. He's a decent guy; though kan-cheong at times especially if he's under pressure. A funny incident happened just now that made me feel so bad afterwards.

I was in charge of giving out the remaining tickets to those whom hadn't gotten their tickets yet. So this group of people comes up to me & I start checking their Admin cards. Suddenly Senior Aliff came up from behind & started babbling into my ear explaining something while I was trying to hear this Freshie talk.

At first, I didn't know it was Senior Aliff; I thought it was one of them regular guys. but Senior Aliff's voice was such a buzz in my ear it was at the point of irritating. So, without meaning to, I kinda well, shouted at him, 'Wait!' & when I looked up, to my horror it wasn't any regular guy but Senior Aliff.

I felt soooo bad afterwards 'coz Senior Aliff just up & went inside the room. Right after that, a new guy wanted to sign up for the event at that moment & I didn't know what to do. I had no choice but to ask Vanessa to help call Senior Aliff from inside. When he came out, he kinda joked, "Oh, just now chase me away." I immediately felt bad & apologized, while grinning sheepishly. I mean, the poor guy was trying to say something to me & there I went biting his head off. After that, he dissappeared for a while but I still felt guilty 'coz it wasn't a proper apology.

When he came back, he had changed into his party clothes & I apologized again & this time he said it was okay. Then, happily he requested for Senior Melvin to take a picture of us together. But the thing was, while he was smelling fresh, I was sticky & probably reeked. But in his usual Aliff self, he said it didn't matter & we took a picture together.

Overall, I enjoyed planning & organizing Phat Nite, though it was a mini hell for a while there. The next event for me is the Freshie thingy @ Sentosa. Trial-run is next week & I hope the response of OGLs are good 'coz we're seriously short-handed. Pussyboy still hasn't vetted our proposal so we don't know how that one goes.

Damn, I'm achy everywhere. I dance with a whole lot of people tonight. Ayu, Fida, Janice, Azran, Art. Whew. Azran is probably the most funniest dance partner I've ever had. He's like, a dancing disaster. Everytime he dances, he'll collide into other clubbers. Once, his hand flung onto some thug's cheek & I swear, I think the guy wanted to bash him up there & then. I think I dance onstage like, 10 songs straight with Art. Since he was Emcee & that the stage was welcome to everyone & that he needed a so-called 'partner', I boogied along with him. He's a good dancer, unlike some people I could mention. Ahahahakz...

Oh yeah, bought a new Kappa jersey @ $20 in bright orange today to match with my new orange Chuck Taylor sneakers. I know, I know. I'm still obsessed with Holland, yes. Art's gonna help me get a Holland jersey, if possible at $50. I'm sooooooooo tired but you know what?? That's part of the experience being in the SIT Club & being fellow planners & organizers. And frankly, I don't mind it at all.

Laterz...
